Obituary of Lucia DiFalco

DiFalco, Lucia (nee Trama), age 87 of Paterson at rest in State College, PA. on April 10, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Ottaviano DiFalco (1994). Loving mother of Francesco "Frank" DiFalco and his wife Elena of Lockport, IL. and Salvatore DiFalco and his wife Diane of State College, PA., Dear grandmother of Michael DiFalco and his wife Naomi, Danielle DiFalco, Lauren DiFalco, Ashley DiFalco and her Fiance Jason Brusa and Melissa DiFalco. Great grandmother of Lorenz Moore. Sister of Giovanna Quatrocchi and Rosa Cinnirella, both of Sicily, Italy. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Scoglitti, Prov. di Ragusa, Sicily, Italy, she came to the U.S.A. in 1967 settling in Paterson. She was a Seamstress for Several Coat Factories in Paterson before retiring. Mrs. DiFalco was a member of the I.L.G.W.U., New York, N.Y. She had a very green thumb and had a wonderful floral garden. She enjoyed cooking for the holidays. She enjoyed traveling to Sicily. She also enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. She made coats, dresses and clothes for her family including her grandchildren. She cherished any time spent with her family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Mc Lean Boulevard, Paterson, on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at 11:30 AM. Entombment to follow at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Paterson. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
