Obituary of Julius Nazzaro

Nazzaro, Julius "Jules" age 94 of Prospect Park at rest in Holmdel on March 4, 2021. Beloved husband of sixty four years of the late and former Rose Scognamiglio (2013). Loving father of Roseanne LaRosa and her husband William, Nancy Gulino and her husband John, Jules Nazzaro and his wife Vivian and Ronald Nazzaro and his wife Donna. Dear grandfather of ten. Brother of Adolph Nazzaro and Lena D'Ascoli. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Prospect Park, he lived in Prospect Park all of his life. He was a Supervisor/District Manager for A & P Supermarkets, Montvale. Mr. Nazzaro was a lifelong parishioner of St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park. He was a WW II Army Air Corps veteran. He loved cars and working on them and maintaining them. He was a devoted and dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He always kept busy providing for his family and doing projects in and around his home. He cherished any time spent with his family especially on holidays and memorable occasions. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday at 11:00 AM. Funeral mass to follow at St. Paul's R.C. Church, Prospect Park at 11:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Monday from 9:00 - 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul's R.C.
