Laino, Margaret "Margie" age 76 passed away in Paterson on December 8, 2020. A dear sister of Angelina La Forge of Garfield, Jean TheLosen of Paterson, Anthony and his wife Linda Laino of Woodland Park, Nicholas Laino of Woodland Park, Theresa and her husband Richard Koch of Warwick, NY and the late Sr. Rose Laino. Born in Paterson, she was recognized as a specially challenged young girl. Miss Laino was cared for by North Jersey Developmental Center in Totowa where she participated in many activities. She later moved to a Community Access Group Home where she lived for several years and finally cared for at Regency Gardens Nursing Center in Wayne. Margie was an innocent, compassionate and loving person who loved to say the Our Father and sing Jingle Bells. She especially looked forward to coming home for the holidays and pancake breakfast at St. Gerard's Community Hall. The Family would like to extend a special thanks to all who cared for Margaret throughout the years including those who cared for her during her last few days at St. Joseph Hospital in Paterson. Visitation will be on Sunday December 13th 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Festa Memorial Funeral Home - 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, NJ. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday December 14th at St. Gerard R.C. Church in Paterson NJ. Christmas attire welcomed. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Gerard R.C.
