Obituary of Joseph P Caiola

Caiola, Joseph P. Sr. age 85 of Paterson at rest in Wayne on December 9, 2020. Beloved husband of Carmella (nee Sensale) Caiola of Paterson. Loving father of Joseph Caiola and his wife, Mary of Paterson, Kevin Caiola and the late Keith V. Caiola (11/25/20) and Anthony Caiola (1959). Dear grandfather of Anthony, Joey, Amanda, and Teresa and great grandfather of Kaiden. Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident. Joe was a sheet metal worker for Local #10, Newark, after that, he was a custodian for Paterson Board of Education, working for School #13 for many years before retiring. He was a parishioner and Trustee of St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson and was a member and president of the St. Gerard Seniors. He was also St. Gerard's 1st recipient of the Vivere Christus Award. Cremation was private at the request of the family. A memorial mass will take place at a later date at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Gerard R.C. Church, 501 West Broadway, Paterson, NJ would be appreciated.
