Beloved wife of the late Phillip Mitchell. Loving mother of Phyllis Matysik & her husband Ralph and Doreen Daspin. Dear daughter of the late Joseph and the late Norma (nee Meardi) Tutsch. Adoring grandmother of Brooke Moret and Christopher Moret. Born in Passaic, she lived in Clifton before moving to Totowa where she lived for most of her life. She was a Waitress at Mario's, Clifton for many years. Mrs. Mitchell was a graduate of Como College of Beauty Culture, Paterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 10:30 AM. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Friends may visit Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
