Geddes, Brian David, age 42 of Long Island City, NY at rest in New York on September 16, 2020. Beloved husband of Naerim (nee Kim) Geddes of Long Island City, NY. Dear son of Marion (nee Mongiardo) Geddes of Montville and Frederick Geddes of Wayne. Son in-law of Dr. Paul Kim & his wife Sonia of Houston, TX. Loving brother of Karey Geddes of Montville, Aimee Hopper & her husband, John of Sussex, and Leslie Mastrogiovanni of Fairfield. Dear brother in-law of Lana Trzcinski & her husband Todd of NYC, and Chaerim Smith and her husband Derek of Springfield, VA. Adoring uncle of Daniel and Vittoria Hopper, Jake and Emma Mastrogiovanni, Kathryn Geddes, and Oscar Smith. Brian is also survived by his beloved dog, Betty White Geddes. Born in Paterson, he lived in West Paterson, Little Falls and Manhattan before moving to Long Island City. He enjoyed many years of work in the restaurant service industry and loved sharing his passion of food by cooking and plating for his family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Bonaventure RC Church, Paterson at 10:15 AM Saturday. Entombment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Friday 3:00-7:00 PM at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa.
