Obituary of Eleanor Uhrin

Uhrin, Eleanor, (nee Samut) age 94 of Cedar Rapids, IA formerly of Totowa, at rest in Cedar Rapids on September 1, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Rudolph "Rudy" Uhrin (2003). Loving mother of Mark Urhin and his wife Sharon of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and David Uhrin of Quarryville, PA. Dear grandmother of Jennifer, Jeffrey, Melissa, Catherine and Matthew Uhrin. Great grandmother of Hunter and Sophie. Born in Nutley, she lived in Nutley, then in Totowa for sixty six years before moving to Cedar Rapids six years ago. She was employed by the Billing Department for Star Stainless Screw Company, Totowa for eighteen years before retiring in 1990. Mrs. Uhrin was a Parishioner of St. James R.C. Church, Totowa as well as a member of the Totowa Happy Seniors. Entombment will be private at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Due to out of state quarantine mandates, the family has chosen to have a memorial funeral mass at St. James R.C. Church, Totowa at a later date to be announced.
