Mc Alister, Sr., Robert L "Bob" age 66 of Bloomingdale at rest in Morristown on April 11, 2020. Loving father of Christine Mc Alister of Prospect Park, Michelle E. Mc Alister of Raleigh, NC, Andrea Mc Alister of Paterson, Scott A. Mc Alister and his wife Dara of Bloomingdale and Robert L. Mc Alister Jr. and his wife, Kelly of Washington Township. Dear grandfather of Cora Mc Alister, Robert L. Mc Alister III, and Bella Mc Alister. Brother of Linda Mc Alister. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and his beloved pet cat, Skittles. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson before moving to Bloomingdale three years ago. He was a Superintendent for River Ridge Condominiums, Fort Lee for many years before retiring in 2011. Mr. Mc Alister was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson. He was a member of the Richfield Park Elks Lodge # 1506. He was a hardworking single dad. He was an avid N.Y. Giants and Yankees fan. He was also an avid fisherman. Donations in his memory may be made to St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, 174 Ramsey Street, Paterson, N.J. 07501. Out of respect and concern for public safety and the current mandate of social distancing, all services for Bob will be private.
