Seminario, Aurora I. (nee Samanamud), age 102 of Haledon at rest in Haledon on October 15, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Manuel La Rosa (2003). Loving mother of Juana La Rosa, Manuel Armondo La Rosa and Javier La Rosa. Sister of Graciela Arbulu Seminario and the late Cira Seminario and the late Fabio Seminario. Grandmother of Cathy Rodriguez, Michael La Rosa, Joanne Medina La Rosa, Alex La Rosa and Emmanuel La Rosa. Great-grandmother of Ashley Garcia, Steven Garcia, Yaz'min Rodriguez, Ava Rodriguez, Nicholas La Rosa, Michael La Rosa, Cayden La Rosa, Isabella La Rosa, Matthew Medina and Caleb Medina. Born in Lima, Peru she came to the United States in 1973 and lived in Paterson and Woodland Park before moving to Haledon. She was a Machine Operator for Celebrity, Paterson, for many years before retiring. She was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering at Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Monday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Cremation was private at the request of the family.
