Wednesday, August 28, 2019I knew Pete primarily from the golf course, and I can confirm that he was definitely one of the nicest persons ever to walk on this planet. He was kind, generous, helpful, even-tempered and never let a mean word cross his lips. This past golf season was a little less enjoyable because we all missed Pete as he battled his illness. I shall miss him greatly.

Monday, August 26, 2019My deepest sympathy to Jo and family. I remember when my brother, Roger, brought Pete years ago to an Ohio State football game. I think the tailgate party was more fun for him than the game. God bless the family...may Pete rest in peace on the 19th. carol porter

Sunday, August 25, 2019My sincere condolences to Pete’s family. I only had the pleasure of knowing him via our golf group for approx 2 yrs. One of the nicest/ funniest guys i’ve ever met. The only 79yo that could out-drive me (hitting a golf ball) and the biggest smile that made me smile when he did so. I’ll miss the man I called “animal” (for his uncanny strength).
