Valencia, Maria age 93 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on April 19, 2019. Loving mother of Magaly Pickarski & her husband Jose Lopez of Paterson and Herbert Valencia of FL. Devoted grandmother of Joanna Argotsinger, Jonathan Tinecao, Gino Valencia and Michael Valencia. Dear great grandmother of Frank Pickarski. Born in Colombia, she came to the United States in 1968 and lived in New York for 2 years before moving to Paterson.
Maria was a Seamstress for Lobell's Menswear Factory, Paterson before retiring. She was very artistic and enjoyed painting. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Tuesday 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
