Fanslau, Frederick J. age 67 of Bartonsville, PA. on March 21, 2019. Beloved husband of the former Glenda L. Kroft of Bartonsville. Loving Father of Jennifer Lobel & her husband, Sean of PA. and Joseph S. Fanslau of Vancouver, WA. Dear Grandfather of Vada Fanslau, Vladimir Lobel, Morrigan Lobel, Angelina Lobel, Evie Fanslau and Adele Fanslau. Caring brother of Nancy Madera & her husband Miguel of Paterson, Cynthia O'Neil & her husband Joseph of Chesapeake, VA, David Fanslau & his wife Carol of West Orange and the late Thomas Fanslau (2018). Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson, Totowa and Florida before moving to Bartonsville, PA 27 years ago. He was a Bank Teller for Valley National Bank, Clifton, for 10 years after that, he was a stocker for Walmart in PA for 13 years. Prior to that, Fred was a Petty Officer in the US Navy for 30 years. He was a member of the American Legion National Post and was a member of the NRA. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he loved the outdoors. He was an avid NY Yankee and Miami Dolphin fan. He enjoyed his home life. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday March 28 at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
