Love and prayers for Andy and Andy's family. Good friend, godfather to one of my children and someone you could always count on when the chips were down. My parents and grandmother adored him. He's in a better place, because he's making the angels laugh. God Bless.

Love and condolences to a family who stepped up to the plate for Andy again and again.Thank you for being there for my my dear friend.
Andy was the guy who would reach out and pull you into a conversation that you never planned on participating in. For me, it happened in high school. That’s how we met. He disarmed me with a wise crack or a now long forgotten joke. He pulled me in. It didn’t matter how alone or friendless I felt at the time. He saw it in me. He sensed it. He disarmed me. I have witnessed him do his “Andy thing” a thousand times. He brought you into his tent, zippered up the door and suddenly, you weren't “that guy over there.” Andy made you always feel like you were “with us guys, in here.” To use an “old western" analogy, you could take your hand off your weapon when Andy was around. You could trust him not to go off on you or step on your feelings. When something bad happened in my life, he would say something like, “Well, that’s not good.” When something good happened to me, he would act like he expected it from me all along. Thanks for both, Andy.
Let us pray for the repose of the soul of Andrey, and that his every transgression, committed deliberately or through human frailty, be forgiven him. Grant rest to Andrey in a place of light, joy and peace where there is no pain.
If you could throw in some NY Mets games and Lou Costello, I know Andy would really appreciate it.

To paraphrase a poem, I think my little brother Andy would say: "For I have slipped the surly bonds of earth, and dance the skies on laughter-silvered wings."

A good friend. A good man. Often misunderstood, always loved. “Death only ends a life, but not a relationship, because nothing can take away your memories"

My heart and prayers go out to Andy’s family and friends. I don’t think I’ve known and sweeter, gentler, funnier man.
I’ve known Andy for more than 40 years. He was best man at my first wedding and godfather to my son.
Rest In Peace, dear, dear friend. I will miss you always.
