Ellen Chronister posted a condolence
We'll remember Uncle Andrew as a kind, caring and loving person. He always had a sparkle in his eye, a smile on his face and usually a funny story to tell, but you had to be pretty quick to understand his dry humor! Although we lived miles apart, we were always welcomed when we went to visit. I shall miss him.
All our love to Aunt Betty and the entire Leishman family (in-laws included here!).

I had the privilege of working with Andy at the Paterson Post Office during my early years working for the United States Postal Service, as well as his son who was a mailhandler at that time. Now being President of the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch 120 that serves the city of Paterson with its surronding communities that include Hawthorne, Haledon, Prospect Park, North Haledon, Totowa Boro and West Milford. On behalf of all letter carriers in those areas we extend our most sincere condolences. Your Family are in our thoughst and prayers in this time of great need.
