Schell, Joseph M. age 94 of Totowa, at rest in Wayne on August 12, 2018. Beloved husband of the late and former Anna "Pat" Eichenberger (2017). Loving father of Alan Schell and his wife Pam of Totowa. Dear cousin of Catherine Wehrer of Haledon. Brother of the late Mike Schell, the late Andrew Schell and the late Anna Gabriel. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he lived in Totowa for most of his life. He was an Electrician for IBEW Local #102, Paterson for many years before retiring in 1985. Mr. Schell was Past President and member of IBEW, Local# 102, Paterson. He was a WWII Navy Veteran serving in the Pacific Theater as a Sea Bee. He enjoyed Harness Racing and owned two horses. He enjoyed his Florida residence in Long Boat Key. He was an avid N.Y. Giant fan. He cherished time spent with his family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Tuesday at 6:00 PM. Friends may visit on Tuesday from 3:00-7:00 PM. Cremation was private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517 would be appreciated.
