Obituary of Carmela C Perricelli

Perricelli, Carmela "Millie" C. (nee Calvitti) age 103 of Paterson, at rest in West Milford on August 8, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Louis Perricelli (1998). Loving mother of Mary Ronda and her husband Luis of Franklin, Frank Perricelli and his wife Gloria of Highland Lakes and Anthony Perricelli and his wife Migdalia of Ormand Beach, FL., Dear grandmother of William O'Neill, Nancy Jodice, Frank Perricelli, Michelle Chobany, Marie Lopes and Melissa Goueytes. Also survived by 12 cherished grandchildren. Sister of Mary Scherer of Wyckoff and the late Joseph Calvitti, the late Filomena Brown and the late baby Benny. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and godchildren. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for most of her life. She lived in Florida for eighteen years before moving back to Paterson in 1997. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Perricelli made homemade ravioli and tomato sauce. She enjoyed tending to her garden. She loved to sing. She was an avid pro wrestling fan. She enjoyed the beach, and trips to Atlantic City. She cherished time spent with her grandchildren and family, and loved family parties and celebrations. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Monday at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit on Sunday from 2:00-6:00 PM.
