Vescio, Nicoletta Carmela (nee Mirabelli), age 92 of Woodland Park at rest in Wayne on June 10, 2018. Beloved wife of Giovanni Vescio. Loving mother of Maria DeSantis and her husband James and Tommaso "Phil" Vescio and his wife Judith. Dear grandmother of James DeSantis and his wife Mali, Renee Krukovsky and her husband Nick, Marisa, Jenna, and Noelle Vescio. Adoring great-grandmother of Ian, Andrew, Matthew, and Erik Krukovsky and Kai DeSantis. Loving sister of Nicola DeMaria, Giovanna DeMaria, Italina Gallo, and the late Francesco DeMaria. Born in Sambiase, Prov di Catanzaro, Italy, she came to the United States and settled in Paterson. She lived in Paterson for 10 years before moving to Woodland Park. She was a sewing machine operator for Style Sportswear, Paterson, for 25 years before retiring around 1980. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral mass to follow at St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:15 AM. Entombment to follow at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Paterson. Friends may visit Wednesday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
