Obituary of Rose Mastroianni

Mastroianni, Rose (nee Minardi), age 94 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on April 20, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Carmen Mastroianni (2015). Loving mother of Gloria Castellitto and her husband Don, Jeanne Glinkin and her husband Richard, Eugene Mastroianni and his wife Rose, and Nancy Lee Gencarelli and her husband Elio. Adoring grandmother of Laurie, Donald, Jackie, Bryan, Megan, Ashley, Lindsey, Krystie, Ariana and Dante. Loving great-grandmother of 9. Dear sister of Thomas and Joseph Minardi. Rose is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for most of her life before moving to Little Sisters of the Poor St. Joseph's Home for the Elderly 8 years ago. She was a bookkeeper for A&P Supermarket, Montvale, for over 25 years before retiring in 1989. She was a member of Our Lady of Pompeii Seniors, Paterson and the Italian American Independent Club, Totowa. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral mass to follow at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
