Rodriguez, Carlos R. age 69 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on March 1, 2018. Beloved husband of the former Margarita Rivera of Paterson. Loving father of Rueben Rosario & his wife Victoria of Teaneck, Luis Rosario & his wife Kim of Allentown, PA, Jose Rosario & his wife Lori of Spring Hill, FL, Ricky Rosario of Pequannock, Carlos Rodriguez of Jersey City, Marisol Rosario of Paterson, and Angelica Rodriguez of Paterson. Dear Brother of Victor Rodriguez & his wife Anna of Tx, Ismael Rodriguez of NY, Lourdes Rodriguez & her husband, Doyce of Tx. and Amaris Rodriguez of NY. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico he lived in Paterson since he was 3 years old. He was a Detective Lieutenant for the Passaic County Prosecutors Office, Paterson for 27 years before retiring. Mr. Rodriguez was a graduate of the FBI National Academy Association. He was a member of PBA Local 265 and PBA Local 200 Retirees. He was also a member of the NJ State PBA Local 600. Mr. Rodriguez served in the United States Army and belonged to the American Legion Post 240, Prospect Park. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Monday at 10:00 AM. Entombment to follow at Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery & Mausoleum, Fair Lawn. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
