I came to know Mrs. Walter by seeing her in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. She would be visiting her husband, and I my father. After a few years of "hello's" she noticed a Silver Beach sticker on my car and let me know she summered in Ocean Beach. Once realizing that we were also shore "neighbors" our conversations became a bit more in-depth. We then began to run into each other at St. Pio's in Lavallette. She was very kind and always full of good advice. It's been a few years since we have seen each other, but whenever I visit my father's grave, I can't help but think of Mrs. Walter and smile. May she be at peace, finally being reunited with her husband. God Bless.
