Dear Family,
I am so saddened to learn of Maryann's death. She and I were good friends at St. Mary's Grammar School, I am sorry that we lost touch with one another. I remember very fondly many afternoons and Saturdays at the house on Doremus. Please accept my condolences and prayers as you come to appreciate your life with her as all the more precious in her death.
