Obituary of William Denequolo Sr.

Denequolo, William Sr. age 97 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on July 14, 2017. Beloved husband of the late and former Louise Russo (2012). Loving Father of Mary Ann Tierno of Paterson and the late William Denequolo Jr. (2016) and the late Maurice Denequolo (2003). Father in Law of the late James Tierno (2004). Dear grandfather of Mark Peirano and his wife Janet of North Carolina. Great grandfather of Ashley Louise, Amanda Kate and Daniel Joseph Peirano. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident. He was a Construction Worker for PT&L Construction, Paramus. After that, he worked for Rebco Door Manufacturers, West Paterson. Mr. Denequolo was a parishioner of St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson and St. Mary R.C. Church, Paterson. He enjoyed reading poetry. He also enjoyed repairing cars. He was very well known in his neighborhood and helped everyone. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Bonaventure R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:15 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Relatives and friends may visit Tuesday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
