Bavazzano, John age 97 of West Caldwell on April 6, 2017. Born in Paterson, he lived in Totowa before moving to West Caldwell in 2000. John was a Post Man for the United States Post Office, Paterson for many years before retiring. He was a World War II Navy veteran and was a former member of the St. James Knights of Columbus Council #6574, Totowa.
Beloved husband of the former Ida Rizzo of West Caldwell. Loving Father of Barbara Lawrence of Roseland. Caring grandfather of Dotti Rifati of Texas. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private at the request of the family.
