Obituary of Rose Bevacqua

Bevacqua, Rose (nee Loffredo) "Nanny" age 98 of Totowa at rest in Paterson on March 13, 2017. Beloved mother of Jo Ann Marra of Totowa. Loving grandmother of Perry Joseph and his wife Lori of Highland Lakes, John Louis of Hawthorne, Donna Marie of Totowa, William Louis of Rochelle Park and the late Rosemarie (2010). Dear great grandmother of Stacie, Casie and her husband Jason, Perry III and his fiancee Casie and Dana and her husband Brian. Great great grandmother of Gianna Marie, Adrianna Rose and Rocco Anthony. Aunt of a very special niece; Mary Bevacqua, who was always there for Rose and her family through the good and the bad. Also surviving is her niece; Madeline and her long time companion Carmen and the late Phil Bevacqua (2015). Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson for most of her life, then in Hawthorne before moving to Totowa in 2001. She was a Server for Beck's Deli, Lake Hiawatha, for twenty one years before retiring in 1993. Mrs. Bevacqua enjoyed time spent with family as well as cooking for everyone. She enjoyed visiting Atlantic City. She was mom to one and nanny to everyone. She was proof that there is life way beyond the age of 60. She had a zest for life. She lived life to the fullest and passed on with no regrets. Donations in her memory can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Funeral arrangements are private.
