Tiritilli, Carmela (nee Grossi) "Babe" age 94 of Paterson at rest on February 22, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Vito Tiritilli (2003). Loving Mother of Felicia Tiritilli-Davis and her husband Douglas Davis of Greenwood, Indiana, Mary Tiritilli of Montclair and Henry B. Tiritilli of Oakland, NJ. Dear grandmother of Caroline Williams and her husband Brett. Christopher Tiritilli, Michele Tiritilli and Cameron Davis. Great grandmother of Nico Williams, Gianna Carmela Williams and Braydon Tiritilli. Mother in law of the late Diane (nee Haig) Tiritilli (2012). Aunt of Robert Barone, Benjamin Bruno, Veronica Bruno and the late Frank Bruno III (2003). Born in Paterson, she was a lifelong resident. She was an Emergency Room Registration Clerk at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center, Paterson before retiring in 1993. Mrs. Tiritilli was a parishioner of St. Michael's R.C. Church, Paterson. She was the President and a member of the Young at Heart Senior Club, Paterson. She was an avid N.Y. Giants fan. She was a regular attendee at the Salvation Army Senior Program, Paterson. She enjoyed watching The Price is Right, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband. She organized and enjoyed bus trips to Atlantic City. She was a great cook. During World War II, she was one of the original "Rosie the Riveters" for Curtiss Wright Corp. Babe was a loving caretaker for every generation of her family. She was selfless. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Michael's R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Relatives and friends may visit Sunday from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
