Obituary of George Susani

Susani, George of Totowa at rest on January 8, 2017. Survived by his loved significant other Michael Baptiste. Predeceased by his parents Salem and Mary Susani, sister Camille Posthumus, and sister Margaret Susani Di Giulio-Jacene. Brother of Joan Niskach, Roberta Drew, John Susani and cherished sister Fatima Christine Susani. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews whom he adored. Born in Paterson, George worked as a talented hair dresser/colorist at Allendale Studio of NJ. He spent his life dedicated to various charities that included but are not limited to: Imperial Court of NYC and the LGBTQ Community. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing at Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday January 12, 2017 from 2 PM to 8 PM. The funeral services will be from Festa Memorial on Friday January 13, 2017 at 10 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 and/or The Imperial Court of NYC, 208 W. 13th Street, New York, NY 10011 would be appreciated.
