Coscia, Giovanna (nee Tiretta), age 83 of North Haledon at rest in Wayne on October 7, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Orazio Coscia (2011). Loving mother of Michael Coscia & his wife Darlene of North Haledon and Walter Coscia & his wife Laura of North Haledon. Dear sister of Nino Tiretta and Sr. Elena Tiretta, both of Italy. Devoted grandmother of Michael & his wife Mary, Danielle & her husband Jon, Nicholas and Olivia. Dear great-grandmother of Kaitlyn and Kristen. Born in Montella, Italy she came to the United States in 1954 residing in Paterson before moving to North Haledon. She was a seamstress for various factories in Paterson for many years before retiring. Mrs. Coscia was a parishioner of St. Mary's Church and St. Gerard Church, Paterson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Entrombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
