Obituary of Dolores Esses

Esses, Dolores "Bonnie" age 84 of Woodland Park at rest in Glen Ridge on June 7, 2016. Born in Paterson, she lived in Paterson before moving to West Paterson in 1971. She was an Interior Designer for Interior Design Studios, West Paterson, before retiring in 1991. Prior to that, she owned a uniform store in West Paterson. She was a member of St. Ann's Melkite Catholic Church, Woodland Park and belonged to the Calvary Prayer Group and the Franciscan Prayer Group. She was a former member of the Gregorians. She was involved with many animal shelters, foster homes and animal rescues and was also a foster care giver for many animals. Dear aunt of Jo Ann Taliercio and her husband Christopher of East Hanover, Jayne E. Piroino and her husband Michael of Wayne, Eileen T. Greco of Bloomingdale, and Lori Ann Perri and her husband Anthony of Ledgewood. Devoted great aunt of Christopher and Joseph Taliercio, Karly and Michael Piroino, Nicholas and Steven Greco, and Amanda Perri. She is preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Esses (1988). Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at St. Ann's Melkite Catholic Church, 802 Rifle Camp Road, Woodland Park on Friday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit at the church on Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. Arrangements are by Festa Memorial Funeral Home 111 Union Blvd., Totowa.
