Obituary of Domenico Ippolito

Ippolito, Domenico, age 87 of Totowa at rest in Paterson, on April 17, 2016. Born in S. Arsenio, Italy, he came to the U.S. in 1971 residing in Paterson before moving to Totowa in 1995. He was a custodian for the Paterson Board of Education, John F. Kennedy H.S., Paterson for many years before retiring in 1995. Prior to that he was an employee of Allied Textile, Paterson. Domenico enjoyed wine making and spending time in his garden. Beloved husband of Antonia (nee Costa) Ippolito of Totowa. Loving father of Raffaele Ippolito and his wife Vera of Denville and Giuseppe Ippolito and his wife, Dianne of Linden. Caring brother of Antonio, Ersilia, and Chiara all of Italy and the late Rosa. Cherished grandfather of Antonia, Raffaele, Domenico and Giuseppe. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters in law. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Paterson at 11:00 AM. Entombment at Calavary Mausoleum, Paterson. Friends may visit Tuesday from 5-9 PM.
