Obituary of William Peter Daly

Daly, William Peter, Jr. age 78 of Clifton at rest in Passaic on January 19, 2016. Beloved husband of the former Jo Ann Dabaghian of Clifton. Loving Father of Jo Ann Gatto and her husband Robert of Hawthorne, and Jodi Alvarez and her husband Andrew of Hopatcong. Loving Grandfather of Jennifer Ann, Jessica Lynn, Julia Rose, Alyssa Rose and Tyler Joseph. Dear brother of Marnie Daly of Paterson and the late Catherine Kuhl and Mary Ferrazzano. William was born and grew up in Paterson and moved to Clifton in 1972. He was a Bus Driver for NJ Transit, Paterson for 32 years before retiring in 1995. Mr. Daly was a parishioner of St. Brendan's R.C. Church, Clifton and was a Eucharistic Minister there. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed attending his grandchildren's games. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Friday at 10:45 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Brendan's R.C. Church, Clifton at 11:30 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Thursday 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 PM.
