Wright, Douglas "Doug" age 62 of Totowa at rest in Newark on July 25, 2013. Beloved husband of the former Claudia A. Amador of Totowa. Loving Father of Keith Wright, Christopher Wright and his wife Chelsea, and Craig Wright and his wife Kaci all of Totowa. Dear son of Helen (nee Rafferty) Wright and the late Eugene Wright (2005). Brother of Mark Wright. Survivors also include nieces and one nephew. Born in Paterson, he lived in Paterson, before moving to Totowa. He was the Superintendant for the Totowa Department of Public Works, Totowa, for over 40 years, before retiring. Mr. Wright was a lifetime member of the Totowa Fire Department and a former member of the Passaic Valley Board of Education. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge Free Masons and the former chairman of the Totowa Football Program and Hornets Wrestling Club. Mr. Wright was a member of the Totowa Republican Club, and Totowa P.A.L Hall of Fame. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday at 10:30 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Saturday 7-9 PM and Sunday 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hornets Wrestling Club, 122 Van Pelt Pl., Little Falls, NJ 07424 would be appreciated.
