Obituary of Joseph P. Anthony Cioffi

Cioffi, Joseph P. Anthony age 54 of Wayne passed away suddenly in Wayne on June 21, 2015. Beloved husband of Brenda (nee Hazen) Cioffi of Wayne. Loving father of Jennifer Cioffi of Wayne, Lisa Cioffi and her husband Ryan Geiger of Pompton Lakes, Joseph Cioffi of Wayne and Matthew Cioffi of Wayne. Dear brother of Marianne Ramirez of Toms River, Michael Cioffi of Toms River, Donald Cioffi of Paramus, Gerard Cioffi of Monroe, Robert Cioffi of Edison and the late Joanne Cioffi and Joseph Cioffi. Also survived by many nieces and nephews that he cherished, and they all cherished him back. Born in Paterson, he lived most of his life in North Haledon and Wayne. Joseph was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and great uncle, to many he was known as "Uncle Joe". Joseph was an entrepreneur with great business sense. He was a hard worker and would do anything to provide for his family. He spent many days and nights cooking together with his family and playing games around the dining room table. He enjoyed many Sundays watching the New England Patriots with his family and loved playing golf and traveling to the Caribbean. He lived for his wife, family and friends and will be truly missed by all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may visit Wednesday 11:00 - 1:00 PM.
