Maroon, Charles "Chaz" age 87 of Wayne at rest in Wayne on May 27, 2015. Dear son of the late John "Shakeeb" Maroon and the late Jeanette (nee Roomy) Maroon. Loving brother of Ray Maroon Sr. and his wife Mary of Spring Lake Heights, John Maroon of Clifton, and Mary Gorayeb of Clifton. Survivors include many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he lived there for 35 years, then in Spring Lake Heights for 40 years before moving to Wayne 7 years ago. He was a self-employed automobile wholesaler for Charles Maroon Auto Sales in Northern New Jersey for over 40 years before retiring in 1975. Mr. Maroon fought in the Korean Conflict and was awarded the Bronze Star. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Monday 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 PM. For more information, go to www.festamemorial.com.
