Obituary of Henry D'Angelo

D'Angelo, Henry age 91 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on May 15, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (nee Melucci) D'Angelo. Loving father of Adele Murray & her husband, Kenneth of Wayne, Stephen D'Angelo & his wife, Karen of Sea Girt, and the late Richard D'Angelo. Devoted grandfather of Matthew and Olivia D'Angelo. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, he was a lifelong resident. Mr. D'Angelo was an accountant with Linen Thread, NJ. After that, he was a Cost Accountant for Singer Kearfott, West Paterson for 25 years before retiring. He was also a waiter for the Cameo and the Friar Tuck Inn. Mr. D'Angelo was a parishioner of St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson and was a member of their Knights of Columbus and their Seniors Club. He was an avid Notre Dame and NY Yankee fan. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Tuesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard RC Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Monday 4:00 - 8:00 pm.
