Trotta, Josephine (nee Zisa) age 99 of Paterson at rest at home on March 14, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Trotta (1981). Loving mother of Janice Sapena and her husband, Thomas of Paterson and the late Donna DeLorenzo (2004). Sister of William Zisa of Wayne, Helen Lendino of Pequannock and Emma DiFerdinando of Fl. Grandmother of Thomas and Michael Sapena, Janine Traficante and Danielle and Alisha DeLorenzo. Survivors include ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Born in Paterson, she was a lifelong city resident. Josephine was homemaker and a seamstress for JM Towne at Willowbrook Mall, Wayne for many years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Paterson. Friends may visit Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
