Obituary of Robert "Bob" F. Renné

Renné, Robert "Bob" F. age 71 of Lanoka Harbor, formerly of Pompton Lakes at rest in Toms River on February 18, 2015. Beloved husband of Karen (nee West) Renné of Lanoka Harbor. Loving father of Nicole Esteves and her husband, Dave of Fairfield, Michael Renné and his wife, Carrie of Fairfield and Michelle Magnus and her husband, Mike of Meridian, Idaho. Cherished grandfather of Dave, Max, Sydney, Lexie, and Brandon. Dear uncle of Debbie Michel and her husband, Doug of Wayne. Brother in law of Linda and Pat, Brenda and George, Pammy and Gary, and Kenny and Rosa. Survivors include many great nieces and nephews. Born and raised in Paterson, he lived in Pompton Lakes for twenty years before moving to Lanoka Harbor five years ago. Mr. Renné was a Captain with the Paterson Fire Department, serving at various fire houses throughout the city for twenty-eight years before retiring. He was a member of Lacey Lodge # 2518 of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks and was an avid fisherman and boater. Relatives and friends may visit Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Monday from 9-10 AM with funeral services to follow at 10:00 AM. Committal prayers will be held at Laurel Grove Crematory Chapel, Totowa. Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 - 5:00 PM.
