Giorda, Bruna (nee Perona), age 95 of Paterson at rest in Paterson on December 26, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Attilio F. Giorda (2004). Loving mother of Joy Ann Aquilio of Paterson, and Melody Ann Schwab and her husband, Edward of Yuma, AZ. Dear mother-in-law of the late John Aquilio. Also survived by four loving grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Born in Totowa, she moved to Paterson at the age of two and was a lifelong resident. Before becoming a homemaker, she was a Registered Nurse for Paterson General, for many years. Mrs. Giorda was an active Girl Scout Leader with the Girl Scout Council and their summer programs. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Brendan R.C. Church, Clifton at 10:00 AM. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Friends may visit Tuesday 4:00-8:00 PM.
