Penny, Frances (nee Pelosi) age 94 of Totowa at rest in Wayne on December 15, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Penny (1982). Loving mother of Arthur Penny of Roseland and the late Georgiann Costantine (2009). Dear grandmother of Nicole and Christopher Penny. Mother-in-law of Vincent Costantine of Paterson. Born in Paterson, she lived most of her life in Paterson. She was an Investigator for Passaic County Probation Department, Paterson for many years before retiring. She was a member of St. Gerard Senior Citizens Club, Paterson. She was also involved in politics through the Passaic County Democratic Club. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Little Sisters of the Poor, 140 Shepherds Lane, Totowa, on Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Cremation is private at the request of the family. Friends may visit Tuesday, 4:00 - 8:00 PM., at Little Sisters of the Poor, Totowa.
