Obituary of Lucy Del Vecchio

Del Vecchio, Lucy (nee De Leonardo), died on October 3, 2014, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband Angelo Del Vecchio. Lucy and her husband Angelo lived in Paterson with their three children before moving to Totowa. Mother of Sandra Pizio and her husband Ernie of Woodland Park, Jim Del Vecchio and his wife Reggie of Totowa, and Donna Guthrie and her husband Peter of Totowa. She had seven grandchildren, Jennifer De Leon and her husband Nicolas of Totowa, Vincent Del Vecchio, and Michael Del Vecchio of Totowa, Paul Pizio and his wife Brooke of Little Falls, Rachael Pizio of Woodland Park and her fiancée Scott Isenhour of Clifton, and Andrew Guthrie and Alex Guthrie of Totowa. She had three great-grandchildren, Bryce and Peyton Pizio of Little Falls, and Ella De Leon of Totowa. Sister of Antonette Angellillio of Lancaster, PA and the late Vincent De Leonardo, Annie Ellis and Millie Carafello. Lucy was a homemaker and devoted her time to raising her family. She will always be missed, she will always be remembered, and she will always be loved. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa on Wednesday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Holy Angels R.C. Church, Little Falls at 10:00 A.M. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Friends may visit Tuesday 4-8 P.M.
