Montes de Oca, Luis Eduardo Montes de Oca, Dennis Montes de Oca, Filomena Balqui, Esther Bazan, Marina Raquel Balqui, and Rossana Montes de Oca. Sister of Leontina Cespedes, Blanca Cahua, Estela Cahua, Victor Cespedes, and Juan Cespedes. Also survived by 23 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Born in Chincha, Peru, she came to the United States in 1986 residing in Paterson. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband: Victor A.
