Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Paterson, then North Haledon before moving to Haledon 5 years ago. He was the owner of Acco Roofing Contractors, Paterson, NJ for the past 10 years. Mr. De Luca was a parishioner of St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson, NJ.
