Father of Frank Neglia III, Venise Freitag, Donna Mc Ateer and JoAnn Monastra. Brother of Connie Maniscalco, Mary Munduni, Tootie Neglia, John Neglia and the late Sunny Neglia. Son-in-law of Lena Amato. Also survived by 12 grandchildren. He was the owner of Nu-Craft Manufacturing, Paterson, NJ for many years before retiring. He was a Korean Conflict Army Veteran.
