Cortese, Vincent A. of Wayne, N.J. at rest in Wayne on March 27, 2005. Beloved husband of the former Lena L. Phillips. Father of Vincent J. Cortese, Janis Cortese-Tollis, Debra Cortese and the late Donna Stinziano. Brother of Palma Malone, Eleanor Scala and Catherine Marinari. Grandfather of Mark Stinziano, Joseph Stinziano Jr., Danielle Cortese, Jamie Cortese, Michael Cortese, Jade Tollis and Mia Tollis. Father in Law of Joseph Stinziano Sr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady Of The Valley R.C. Church, Wayne at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. OBITUARY
Vincent A. Cortese age 81 of Wayne died Sunday. Born in Paterson, N.J. he lived in Paterson for most of his life before moving to Wayne in 1996. He was Chief Custodian for the Paterson Board of Education, School #24 for many years before retiring. Mr. Cortese was a World War II Army, Air Corps veteran. He was a lifetime member of the D.A.V. Paterson, N.J. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley R.C. Church, Wayne, N.J.
Preceeding him in death was A daughter, Donna Stiziano
