He was the Plant Superintendant for Exxon Corp., Linden, N.J. for 38 years before retiring in 1982. He was a World War II Navy veteran. He was pre deceaesed by his wife, the former Margaret Weigl. Survivors include: A son: Glenn E. Den Braber of Las Vegas, NV. A daughter: Jeanne J. Bancroft of Totowa, N.J. Also surviving are 4 Grandchildren and 1 Son in Law. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
