Father of Pam Puglia and her husband Tony, Debra Belcastro and the late Beverly OConnor. Brother of Sarah and Lucille. Grandfather of Dina and Stephanie Puglia and Jenna, Tara and Dayna OConnor. Father in law of Jeremiah OConnor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Wednesday at 9:00 AM. For more information go to www.festamemorial.com OBITUARY William Bill Belcastro age 83 of Lodi died Saturday. Born in Fairmont, West Virginia, he moved to New Jersey in 1962 residing in Paterson. He was a Meat Cutter for Union Local #464A, Little Falls, NJ. He was a former Parishioner of St. Gerard R.C. Church, Paterson. He was a World War II Marine Corps Veteran in the Pacific Theater and was awarded the Certificate Of Satisfactory Service, Good Conduct Medal and Purple Heart. Preceeding him in death was his wife: Sue Ann (nee Pinn) Belcastro Daughter: Beverly O'Connor Survivors include: 2 daughters: Pam Puglia of Wayne, NJ Debra Belcastro of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 2 sisters: Sarah and Lucille Also survived by 5 grandchildren. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
