Obituary of Tomasina “Tommy� Ciuppa

Ciuppa, Tomasina Tommy (nee Sacco) of Paterson at rest in Wayne on May 5, 2004. Devoted wife of Salvatore Kelly Ciuppa. Beloved mother of Beverly Gilligan and her husband Albert and Jo-Ann Cornetto and her husband Alfred. Grandmother of Patricia A. Di Giaimo and her husband Charles F. Di Giaimo, Michael S. Gilligan, Kevin T. Cornetto and Christopher J. Cornetto. Great Grandmother of Danielle N. Di Giaimo and Michael C. Di Giaimo. Sister of the late Sara Gallo, Rebecca DAndrea, Jasper Sacco and Edward Sacco. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Saturday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Our Lady of Pompeii R.C. Church, Paterson at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Paterson. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. OBITUARY Tomasina (nee Sacco) Ciuppa age 89 of Paterson died Wednesday. Born in Webster, Pa. she lived in Waldwick, N.J. before moving to Paterson in 1935. She was a Homemaker. She was also a Licensed Practical Nurse for St. Josephs Hospital, Paterson for several years. Preceeding her in death were: 2 sisters, Sara Gallo and Rebecca D'Andrea and 2 brothers, Jasper Sacco and Edward Sacco. Survivors include her husband: Salvatore Kelly Ciuppa of Paterson, N.J. 2 daughters: Beverly Gilligan of Old Bridge, N.J. Jo-Ann Cornetto of Towaco, Montville Twsp., N.J. Also surviving are 2 Sons in Law, 5 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
