Peterson, John H. of Paterson left us on April 21, 2004. Beloved husband of Agnes (nee Faherty). Father of John Scott Peterson, Michelle Peterson, and Sabrina Peterson. Brother of Florence Knolmayer and Ruth Westergaard. Loving brother in law of Aileen and Hamit Ozden. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many loving family members and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the services at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Born in Paterson, NJ he was a lifelong resident of Paterson. He was a retired Truck Driver for Metro Trucking, Clifton, NJ for 16 years before retiring 6 years ago. Prior to that, he worked for A.C. Trucking, Clifton, NJ and for Arrow Carrier, East Rutherford, NJ. Mr. Peterson was a member of the Retired Truckers of 560 Union, Union City, NJ. Survivors include his wife: The former Agnes Faherty A son: John Scott Peterson of Paterson, NJ 2 daughters: Michelle Peterson of Paterson, NJ Sabrina Peterson of Paterson, NJ 2 sisters: Florence Knolmayer of Paterson, NJ Ruth Westergaard of Ogdensburg Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
