Saginario, Philip M. of Paramus, formerly of Paterson and Hawthorne on February 16, 2004. Beloved husband of the former Ruth Petrichko. Father of Raymond, Michael, Gary and Heather Saginario, and the late Philip Saginario and Steven Saginario. Step father of The Rev. Msgr. Mark Condon. Brother of the late Carmen Saginario and John Saginario. Grandfather of Michael Saginario, Julia Rose Saginario, Gianna Pritchard and Kevin Saginario. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Friday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Anthonys RC Church, Hawthorne at 10:00 AM. Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Saginario age 72 of Paramus died Monday. Born in Paterson, NJ he lived in Paterson, then in Hawthorne, NJ before moving to Paramus 2 years ago. He was a self employed Attorney in Paterson, Wayne, then Haledon, NJ. Prior to that, he was a Paterson Police Officer. He then became a Passaic County Detective, then was an Assistant Prosecutor with the Passaic County Prosecutors Office. Mr. Saginario was a member of the Italian Circle, Paterson. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and was a Disabled American Veterans. Preceeding him in death were: 2 sons: Steven and Philip Saginario 2 brothers: Carmen Saginario John Saginario Survivors include his wife: The former Ruth Petrichko 3 sons: Raymond Saginario of Cedar Grove Michael Saginario of Mahwah Gary Saginario of Cranford A daughter: Heather Saginario of Little Falls A Step son: The Rev.
