Galizio, Angelo A. Galit of Lakewood, NJ formerly of Totowa at rest in Lakewood on February 16, 2004. Devoted husband of the late Margaret (nee Gaffney) Galizio. Father of Sharon A. Freeland and Patti L. Decker. Brother of Sylvia Sisco and Anthony Galizio and his wife Patti Galizio. Grandfather of Angela and Christina Freeland and Christopher and Marissa Decker. Also survived by many nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa, on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 9:30 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa. Friends may call Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. For more information go www.festamemorial.com. OBITUARY Angelo A. Galizio age 72 of Lakewood, NJ died Monday. Born in Paterson, he lived in Totowa for 45 years before moving to Lakewood in 2003. Mr. Galizio was a Manager for A & P Supermarkets, Allendale, NJ for 40 years and the bus driver for the Totowa Borough Senior Citizens for 15 years before retiring in 2003. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict where he received the Korean Service Medal with 2 bronze service stars, a United Nations Service Medal and a Combat Infantry Badge. He was also a former parishioner of St. James RC Church, Totowa. Preceeding him in death was his wife: The former Margaret Gaffney Survivors include: 2 daughters: Sharon A. Freeland of Lakewood, NJ Patti L. Decker of Totowa, NJ A sister: Sylvia Sisco of Pompton Lakes, NJ A brother: Anthony Galizio of Clifton, NJ Also survived by 4 grandchildren and many nephews. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd., Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
