Cangro, Veronica T. (nee Luciano) died peacefully at home on Sunday, February 8, 2004. Beloved wife of 57 years of John Cangro. Devoted mother Deborah Reiher, and her husband, Ron, John B. Cangro, and his wife, Darcia, and Elaine Baker, and her husband, Michael. Sister of Rose Boccellato, Dorothy Orlando, and the late Frank J. Luciano. Loving grandmother of Jonathan Reiher, Michael and Ryan Baker, John Steven, and Tony and Joseph Cangro. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Thursday at 10:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. James RC Church, Totowa at 10:30 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Visitation Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mrs. Cangro was a Parishioner of St. James RC Church, Totowa and a member of its Rosary Altar Society. She was a member of the Totowa Happy Seniors and the Italian American Independent Club of Totowa. She was the Past President of the V.F.W. Post #10104 Ladies Auxiliary, Totowa. She was a past member of the Totowa Boro First Aid Squad Ladies Auxiliary. Preceeding her in death was: a brother: Frank J. Luciano Survivors include her husband: John Cangro of Totowa A son: John B. Cangro of Totowa, NJ 2 daughters: Deborah Reiher of Wayne, NJ, Elaine Baker of Totowa, NJ 2 sisters: Rose Boccellato of Carlstadt, NJ, Dorothy Orlando of Bloomfield, NJ Also survived by 6 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa is in charge of arrangements.
